5 km from Etretat, in the heart of the village of La Poterie Cap d’Antifer, the Clos Delamare welcomes you to its Clozette, ideal for spending a quiet holiday, in the countryside and by the sea. La Clozette is a wooden house erected in place of the old cart, near the beech slope that separates the property from the fields. The cottage is an apartment nestled above the cellar (where Patrice makes the family cider) and opens onto the orchard, thanks to its terrace on stilts (no garden). From La Poterie, go by bike or on foot for magnificent walks that combine sea and countryside. The owners welcome you to share with you their love of the landscapes, the culture and the products of their land.
Ground floor : – entrance opening onto a landing with storage and laundry area (washing machine and dryer). \ nFloor: – large bright living room / dining room opening onto a terrace on stilts offering a clear view of the surrounding countryside, – lounge area open to living room with sofa, armchairs and pellet stove, – open kitchen equipped with taste and modernity (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher …) – garden furniture and electric barbecue of 21m², – large bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer, – wc, – parental room for 2 people (bed 160cmx200cm) with an unusual touch. – 3 person bedroom (3 beds of 90cmx200cm). \ nNo garden.
