Description
The Resto du Hangar Zéro is part of an ecological and environmentally friendly transition process, the transparency of the products is ensured, in particular on the origin but also on the quality with quality local products, without preservatives and additions.
The restaurant offers responsible, local food that produces very little waste.
Based on this, the restaurant offers a different seasonal menu every day with a vegetarian dish as well as a meat option.
A large part of the products offered come from local producers, then from the shared gardens of Hangar Zero, as well as from its aquaponic farm when they are finished.
Before and once the service is over, the restaurant is a welcoming place to relax and have a coffee.
