After the huge success of the 2017 edition, the world?s largest sailing ships return to Le Havre from July 4 to 7, 2025 for the start of The Tall Ships Races.

A highlight of Un Été Au Havre?s 2025 season, The Tall Ships Races, a race that brings together the world?s largest sailing ships, will take up residence in Le Havre from July 4 to 7. The event, known as Les Grandes Voiles Du Havre, is a wonderful opportunity to admire exceptional sailing ships such as Belem, Capitán Miranda, Morgenster and Dar Mlodziezy, the world?s largest and oldest rig. More than 40 boats are registered for this 2025 edition.

During these 4 days of festivities, visitors will have free access to the boats and can take part in a variety of activities, including concerts, fireworks, the famous crew parade and the boat parade. On July 7, all the yachts will leave Le Havre for Dunkirk, then Aberdeen in Scotland and Kristiansand in Norway, before concluding their journey in Esbjerg, Denmark.
